Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking & Payments • All sessions are by appointment only. • Bookings are for scheduling purposes only — invoices will be issued after your consultation. • Currently, there are no booking or cancellation fees, as we understand that pregnancy and babies can be a little unpredictable at times. • Please value our time by making every effort to contact us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling & Cancellations • If you or your baby is unwell, or something unexpected comes up, please let us know as soon as possible. • With reasonable notice, your session can be rescheduled at no extra cost. • To cancel or reschedule, please contact Jaime on 0418576966 (phone or text). If We Need to Reschedule • Very occasionally, we may need to reschedule due to illness or an emergency. If that happens, you’ll be offered the next available appointment that suits you, or a full refund if preferred. Service Hours & Contact • This service is not an on-call service. For urgent concerns, please seek immediate medical advice. • For general bookings or queries, you can reach Jaime on 0418 576 966 o Messages will be replied to within 24–48 hours. o Text messaging is not a secure form of communication. By using it, you accept this risk. Travel & Location • In-home sessions are available within Bathurst. Travel outside this area may include a small additional fee.
